Hello! I’m Kendal Edwards
I am a marriage coach and sex specialist. I have been studying relationships and human behavior for the entirety of my adult life. I have always believed that our relationships are the most important parts of our lives. Our relationship with our family, friends, partners, and especially our relationship with ourselves; has the ability to affect all other areas of our lives. That is why it is so important that we cultivate an enviornment where we are healthy, supported and loved by those that we choose to have relationships with.
I help individuals create healthy, loving, and fulfilling relationships. My relationship coaching is rooted in proven research based methods of Couples Therapy. As a black polyamorous woman, I aim to reach the most marginalized communities and provide access to quality care and relationship coaching. Coaches help people improve their performances and enhance the quality of their lives. As such, I am trained to listen and observe. My approach is customized based on each clients individual and unique needs
My goal as your coach is to make myself replaceable. I dont want to see you every week for the next 3 years. I want to be able to give you tools that you can use on your own to create healthy, fulfilling, and long-lasting relationships.
My system works best for couples who are either currently struggling to connect and communicate with each other or couples who have suffered a betrayal and looking to heal what has been broken. All clients must have been together for at least 1 year before joining my program. I have created a proven step-by-step program that I will guide you through, and teach you how to love your partner without losing yourself.
I use a cognitive behavioral approach that focuses on retraining your brain to think differently to produce a better perspective and productive behavior. I also incorporate holistic elements such as mindfulness techniques, meditation, guided breathing, and self-awareness training. I want to help you achieve your own goals of health and self-actualization. Here you will find my professional column of relationship tools as well as guidelines for creating sustainable relationships.
If you don’t do anything to improve your relationship today, how will it get better tomorrow?
Coaching is an investment in yourself, however I am aware that the cost may be a barrier to the people who may need my services the most. To ensure that my services are accessible to all, I have initiated a “pay-what-you-can” option for low-income or financially disadvantaged individuals. I have limited spaces available in this program so please call or email now. If you believe that you may qualify for this discount please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
